Китайская Geely Auto объявила экспортное имя среднеразмерного кроссовера KX-11 — Monjaro (созвучно с вулканом Килиманджаро в Танзании).
С таким названием автомобиль придет в Россию во втором полугодии 2022-го.
Автомобиль построен на модульной платформе Volvo CMA (Compact Modular Architecture).
Она уже применяется в Volvo XC40, Geely Tugella и Preface, нескольких моделях бренда Lynk & Co и электромобиле Polestar 2 (Volvo Cars входит в состав Geely c 2010 года).
Длина кузова Monjaro/KX11 составляет 4770 мм, ширина — 1895 мм, высота — 1689 мм.
Колесная база достигает 2845 мм.
Внутри используется экран информационно-развлекательной системы длиной один метр и аудиосистема Bose с 10 динамиками.
В КНР KX11 продается под именем Xing Yue L.
Кроссовер выпускается в двух версиях: с 2,0-литровым турбомотором (238 л.с.) и 8-скоростным «автоматом» или гибридной системой Hi-X на базе 3-цилиндрового 1,5-литрового турбомотора и электродвигателя (суммарная мощность — 244 л.с.), встроенного в роботизированную коробку передач.
Цены — 175 200 юаней (=2 115 000 рублей) и 173 700 юаней (=2 100 000 рублей) соответственно (гибрид доступнее).
В России Geely Monjaro будет продаваться с 2,0-литровым турбомотором.

After the vehicle recognizes the parking space, the Autonomous Parking Assistance (APA) will complete the parking automatically. The system can recognize different parking modes (horizontal, vertical, and oblique) to assist in every parking situation.
